December Competition Simulations (Updated)
Before the holidays disrupt your discipline, we’re running a full SUPERTOTAL Simulation Day to let you throw down your biggest snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench, and deadlift with meet-day intensity.
It’s a casual “let me see what I got today” along with the actual full commands so you can max out (if you’d like) along with a number of your swolemates. Just because of the nature of the day, the support available, and the amount of people we’ll potentially run though, it won’t be a TRUE simulation of the meets, but very, very similar.
You can play one of four ways!
Option 1: Olympic Weightlifting = max snatch, max clean & jerk
Option 2: Powerlifting = max back squat, max bench press, max deadlift
Option 3: Supertotal = max snatch, max clean & jerk, max back squat, max bench, max deadlift
Option 4: Choose whatever lift, or combination of lifts, you want to do!
Options 5: Just observe and learn
We thought having some events to look forward to could keep you training hard like you have all year. At this sim we’ll be learning how to handle yourself at events, throwdowns, and competitions so you show up confident, and not confused like many of us have- let us walk you through it all and talk about all the intangibles.
These events will require REGISTRATION (see below) so make sure you get on that ASAP. I don’t think we’ll need to run any athlete caps, but you never know!

A few hours after powerlifting throwdown, we crank the intensity right back up with a full Olympic Weightlifting Simulation Day. Snatch. Clean & Jerk. Three attempts each.
If you’ve never done an Olympic Weightlifting meet, this is your chance to feel what it’s actually like when the platform is yours and how to navigate the day. If you have done meets, this is your tune-up for January, your pressure test, your chance to sharpen timing and technique before holiday scheduling chaos detonates your discipline.
Y’all get to learn
Platform experience
Real attempt timing and barbell flow
Coaching on counting attempts, barpath confidence, and competitive mentality (if applicable)
Guidance on how to warm up before your openers
Strategy talk so it’s not a guessing game
Regardless if you’re chasing PRs, preparing for a future comp, or just addicted to the sound of a barbell slamming onto a platform this day was built for you!

What you’ll experience:
Three attempts per lift, just like a sanctioned meet
Judges calling commands (we will 100% no-rep you with love)
Warm-up timing and attempt strategy like the real thing
Coaching on meet etiquette, pacing, and competition mindset
A room full of people yelling in a supportive, socially acceptable way
