Winter Training Camp 2025

What is it?
Winter Training Camp is our cold-season set of Fitness classes built to get you ready for the slopes! That, or just to forge legs and hips that don’t buckle when life gets heavy in these colder, darker months.

When are classes?

Starting on Monday 11/24/2025

  • Mondays 5:30pm

  • Wednesdays 5:30pm

  • Saturdays 10am

We can add more class times if there is a demand!

How is it different from a ‘Fitness’ class?
Think of it AS a fitness class, but body-wise it’s more focused on lower-body and core. Skill-wise we want more to increase muscular stamina and cardiovascular endurance. Not strength, not power (unless you want that). We’re also not so strict on standards and loading as we would be in our Fitness classes.

What does it cost?
Access is also included to all those with memberships- it simply counts as a class.

For those without memberships the class is open to anyone! Drop-ins ($35) and we’re offering a 10-Class punchcard for $300.

To prepare athletes for upcoming winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, cycling, winter running, and more we will have special one-hour classes 2x/week until the end of January focusing on the demands of their activities/sports. Feel free to use this as stand-alone work, or as a supplement to your current training.

  • Designed to increase leg strength and stamina.

  • Develop a more robust core.

  • Build more comfort in breathing hard in colder weather.

  • Bulletproof the body parts associated with overuse injuries.

  • Speed, balance, and flexibility will also be supported.

Our goal is to prevent injury and to maximize your effort so you have more fun outdoors and on the mountains!
