  • One-on-one focused time better for you? Individualized sessions may be the best fit for your needs and goals. Scheduling is determined between you and your coach!

  • Need a place to work on vetted programming? We got you covered with equipment meant for functional fitness, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics skills, aerobic work, etc.

  • Come learn specific skills and concepts from Subject Matter Experts, in-house and abroad. Available to members and non-members alike!

We have three pathways for starting:

EXPERIENCED

Goal: Get you into classes and programs safely and quickly.

If you have 6+ months of experience with functional fitness you can jump right into our group classes.

Process: Drop into any class to tour the gym space and instruction. This way we ensure you're familiar with the stimulus, standards, safety, and that you want to be here.

NEW TO TRAINING

Goal: Build a foundation and confidence.

Everyone starts somewhere! If you’re new to the gym or returning after a long break, our Fundamentals classes are designed specifically for you.

Process: You’ll work with coaches in a small group setting to learn the fundamentals of our movements, terminology, and how to scale workouts to your ability levels.

SOMETHING SPECIFIC

Goal: Personalized attention for unique objectives.

Do you have a specific goal like running a marathon, lifting in a meet, recovering from injury, or mastering a high-level skill like muscle-ups? Sometimes you need a 1-on-1 approach.

The Process: Take a Private Orientation for an in-depth intro or start with Personal Training.
