We have two pathways for joining:
EXPERIENCED!
You’ve done community fitness another gym for a year+ consistently.
Simply start with a drop-in to any of our ongoing classes by looking at our schedule and signing up!

INEXPERIENCED
The look of our fitness and strength classes don’t look like anything you’ve done before, or you’ve never been in a group community fitness scene before.
