We believe the best way to truly be fit for life is to train both strength skills and conditioning skills across a number of physical disciplines. “Using no way as a way, no limitation as a limitation.”

Our Fitness classes are the backbone of our training system and offer specialty classes to support the specific goals of our specialists and athletes.

  • Fitness

    Our ongoing group classes focusing on development through a variety of movement. For general strength & conditiong, quality of life, body composition, and injury prevention.

    The Workout of the Day (WOD) is shared nightly on our Discord, a private community chat.

  • Barbell

    Focus on technique, strength, and capacity with Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting concepts. Self-paced sessions with coaching support and a structured program. Engineered for those wanting better bone density, supplementing other programs, or for competitive athletes in the barbell sports.

  • CompEx

    Short for Competitive Exercise, those who love training advance their skills and intensity like all-out sprints, muscle-ups, HSPU, etc. Practice strategy, cyclical repetition, and more.

    Ideal for seasoned athletes who want volume or those craving a new challenge in Fitness Racing.

  • Engine

    (Seasonal)

    Develop a solid aerobic base and the ability to push longer in workouts and other tasks in life. Trains specific energy systems to prepare you for distance challenges like running, cycling, swimming, snow sports, fitness racing, etc.

  • Legends

    Empower older adults and seniors to enhance strength, bone density, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health through personalized, scaled movements, regardless of experience level.

  • Teens

    (Seasonal)

    Creating a foundation for our youth, our teens class builds principles for quality movement in growing bodies. Classes includes instruction on form, safety protocols, and conditioning to prepare participants for sports and life.

    13-19yo only.

  • Mobility

    (Seasonal)

    Increase your range of strength, remove flexibility restriction, and learn how to recover better through classic and modern stretching and myofascial release techniques using your own body and specialty tools.

  • Bodybuilding

    (Seasonal)

    Work on building more resilient joint structures, muscle mass, and more in classic bodybuilding-style templates.

    While we don’t focus on these concepts in our general Fitness classes, this can be important depending on your specific goals.

  • Gymnastics

    (Seasonal)

    Build strength, flexibility, and coordination through a mix of drills and skills controlling the body through space. Developed for those looking to master bodyweight control in calisthenics- improve balance, mobility, and strength while hanging, handstanding, and more!
