TEENS
STRENGTHEN THE NEXT GENERATION!
For ages 12 to 19 years old, we have a specific Strength & Conditioning program to increase their base strength, stamina, and overall fitness through a variety of disciplines, formats, and movement standards.
This program runs on Wednesdays at 3:30pm, from July 1st to August 26th
They can join one of two ways:
1.) Purchase a 10-class punchcard for $360+tax.
2.) Join up with a recurring membership (2x/week for $199/month or 3x/week for $249/month) + tax and make use of another class like Barbell, Fitness, or Fundamentals.
With a recurring Monthly Membership they receive a special 1x/week Open Gym membership so that they have the ability to come in to do extra strength, conditioning, or accessory work. Our expectation is that they learn enough to do more work on their own. Open Gym always has a qualified coach on a supervision role.
Our coaches have worked with all levels of athletes: from the desk jockey to actual Olympians, teens to seniors, 400lbs individuals to those overcoming disordered eating- if there’s been a special case we’ve worked with them, and if not we have the resources to best serve them.
We just ask our athletes communicate so we can accommodate!

ATHLETE OBJECTIVES
The emphasis of TEENS is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. This program is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.
We will not cover the gamete of all exercise since that’s impossible. Instead you’ll learn our framework for movement and be testing how to adapt it to learn new skills.
We are going to be hammering on technique - both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.
We’ll introduce you to technique and mechanics first, and THEN intensity. The class is called Fundamentals for a specific reason. We want to ramp you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our other classes.
The movements we teach will begin with simple bodyweight skills and progressively become more technical throughout the course.
The workout in each class will also become more challenging as the course progresses. While this is only four classes we have 3 versions of each class so you could repeat this thrice for a full understanding.
The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands. The degree that you push yourself will determine how uncomfortable you become.
This program may be repeated multiple times until you feel ready to join our ongoing classes.
Finally, ASK QUESTIONS! All questions are important and if you have it in your head, someone else probably does too. Don’t be shy and ask away!
