Make it stand out

ANDREW BUENO

He/him. Owner-Operator.
USAW L-2, CF-L2

Andrew has been an athlete as long as he can remember, starting in martial arts and dance, getting into sprinting and gymnastics, then eventually finding strength training. Educated for the American College of Sports Medicine for the Fitness Trainer Program at Ashmead College he soon found CrossFit and founded his first affiliate (Foundation CrossFit) in 2007. After 15 years he “retired” only to take a year off before creating ATTN in 2024.

As a father of two his goals lie in longevity to play with and challenge his kids- that said AB still loves to compete, mostly in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.

Random Fact: he enjoys a kombucha or Grapefruit Citrus Zevia every evening.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
