WHAT TO DO

Either get prepped with general cardiovascular work: jump on a machine or go for a run at conversational pace. You can also try “nasal only” breathing if there’s no one to talk to.
If you don’t want to earn some of that extra credit conditioning then you should be taking care of your mobility needs, whether that’s stretching or doing accessories specific to you. -
