Fall/Winter 2026 Barbell Club
Team Training Returns!
There’s something different about training for a weightlifting meet with a crew of swolemates behind you. You can grind through snatch pulls alone, video your lifts, tweak your setup a hundred times but nothing matches the energy of knowing your teammates are chasing the same platform, the same adrenaline rush, and the same sense of accomplishment on competition day.
Having qualified coaches to build your confidence, give you immediate feedback, tweak your mechanics, share their opinions to help stave off bad habits helps too.
When the weather turns cold it’s a great time to get strong!
Beginning Monday 10/27 we will release some new strength cycles leading into the new year — open to both new and experienced lifters alike!
If you’re new to the sport this is your chance to learn how to train, peak, and compete the right way with structure, coaching, and teammates who support because they’re walking the same path.
If you’re a veteran lifter, this is a way to train with intent again, sharpen your technique, and feed off the accountability that disappears especially if life changes (or has changed) your priorities.
For those ready to set the goal of participating in a weightlifting meet we’ll be helping you understand the sport and prepare for one (like Pilchuck CrossFit’s WINTER LIFTING LAND 2026). We’ll be there to coach all weekend!
Let’s dial in:
• *Programming built for the meet timeline*
• *Weekly feedback and technical tune-ups*
• *Team sessions and check-ins to build that iron-sharpens-iron momentum*
• *Game-day prep*
We’ll get you platform ready, from attempt selection to warm-up loading so you hit the platform ready with very little guessing. Need your hand held? We gotchu. Or do you just need someone to count your cards? We can do that too.
If you’re ready to start simply attend the Strength classes at ATTN Seattle. Programs will be posted on our Discord.
